We work across the South West with local people, charities, councils, the NHS and other partners. Our role is simple – we listen, we learn, and we help turn what people tell us into positive change.
Since 2013, we have supported communities to share their views, especially people whose voices are not always heard. We do this through trusted local networks, clear and accessible engagement, and strong evidence that helps decision-makers improve services.
Our Mission
To make sure community voices are central to how local services are shaped and delivered.
Our vision
Communities that feel confident, informed and able to influence the services that matter to them.
Who we work with
We work in partnership with NHS organisations, local authorities, charities and community groups to turn local insight into action.
What makes us different
We help communities be heard – and we help organisations act on what they hear.
Our work brings together trusted local relationships, honest insight and clear evidence. This means community voices don’t stop at consultation – they help shape real decisions and real change.
We’re incredibly grateful to our local partners Engaging Communities South West… Hearing directly from community members and those with lived experience about the challenges they face is incredibly powerful, and co-creating solutions alongside them is critical to ensuring that action taken is both meaningful and impactful.
